Wayne (HNN) — The Spring Valley Timberwolves beat the Wayne Pioneers 8-2 at Pioneer Field on Wednesday evening, April 27, 2005.
Spring Valley pitcher Willie Bays got things started when he hit a home run to give the Timberwolves a 3-0 lead in the first inning. Wayne started to make a come back scoring two, but couldn't sustain the scoring to keep up with the Timberwolves.
