Fire Prevention Parade Packs Downtown; FAREWELL Elsa of WV Inspired Sing-a-Longs

A warm October evening brought thousands to line streets watching the Fire Prevention Parade.

Fire trucks arrived from throughout the region honking horns and spinning sirens.

A special guest thrilled young girl --- Elsa dropped in for a brief appearance at the parade handing out Halloween treats and posing for pictures. A random chorus erupted as she ended up directing a "Let it Go" sing-a-long.
