River City Thunder Honored by Huntington Mayor, Cabell County Commission

The River City Thunder volleyball team which won first place in the Junior Olympics was honored Monday, July 8, at Huntington City Hall. Huntington Mayor Steve Williams issued proclamations to players and coaches, and Cabell County Commissioner Nancy Cartmill bestowed  keys to the county upon them.

The Cabell County GOP provided a cake and Little Caesars donated pizza.
