Paul E. Davis, general manager and CEO said, the facility addition and renovation cost approximately $1.9 million dollars. The Federal Transit Administration provided $1,552,000 through the 5309 Bus and Bus Facilities program. These funds were part earmarked by West Virginia's Statewide Bus and Bus Facilities Program by the late Senator Robert C. Byrd and Congressman Nick J. Rahall. The West Virginia Division of Public Transit provided $308,000. TTA provided $80,000 as a local match.
